I contacted IFS to refinance my vehicle. I was surprised that they were able to cut my interest rate by 75%! I am saving a ton of money and my payments are way lower and my payoff date is nearly the same as originally. Thank you for all of your help. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing a refinance or new auto loan.

I went in this application being skeptical because of the mixed reviews, but I gotta tell you that the process was one of the fastest loans apps I've ever experienced. The IFS rep Brian was extremelly helpful, 24 hours later the lender contacted me telling me I was approved and 48 hours later paperwork was on it way for me to sign. Loan was funded 24 hours after receiving the docs, now my interest rate dropped 5%, my payment dropped 180$ and since I've been discharged from BK in 2013 this had been the best news ever!. Harry Chang, my Finance Advisor was there for me through the entire process, open to all of my questions, continually responsive, helpful and proffessional. He answered all of my e-mails and questions through the approval process (and processing) in a timely manner typically answering calls during business hours immediatley, or responded via e-mail quickly. Everything about this process was easy from the application process to submitting documents to communicaion with IFS in general. Emily was great to work with and responded promptly and professionally to any questions I had. I am thrilled that I was able to get a lower interest rate and monthly payments. They really worked to find me the best possible refinance option, and i would recommed them to anyone. Great customer service!

I went to IFS because of the low rates, and to see what kind of APR I could get. I knew exactly what I wanted, I have done this before and I wasn't ready to play any games and was expecting to have to. I was ready to be frank and leave at first sign of any BS. Emily, the IFS financial Advisor I worked with was awesome!! While I wasn't able to get my rate as low as the Credit Karma notification had mentioned I was still able to lower my monthly payment significantly and save thousands over the term of my loan. I worked with Kevin at IFS who was prompt, courteous, and always customer service centric whenever we spoke be it on the phone or email. The entire process was smooth from start to finish.
