I had a 72mos capital one auto finance loan with 48mos left at almost 17% interest. I had paid on time for 2 years and my credit score had increased over that time. Cap One had no interest in refinancing my loan so i contacted IFS to see if they could assist. IFS asked for some basic information about my loan, condition of the car, and reasons for refinancing.
