I had a little hesitation at first. I couldn't refinance my vehicle with my personal bank and I was at a 19% apr! I went to IFS and the process was actually pretty quick. I was assigned a loan specialist but it sort of seemed like he was reading from a script most of the time. My car had 45,000 miles so of course they pushed a new warranty, wheel coverage, and gap insurance. I fought really hard and finally got them to take off most of the add on's. Refied my Capital One loan which was 10.75% New rate with IFS around 5.5%. Joe the IFS Advisor answered all my questions in a prompt manner.
I didn't get a new card, I refined my motorcycle at a much lower rate and saved over $2500. The Drew walked thru the whole process quickly and efficiently and found me a new leader within a day, the electronic process was quick and secure. I'm a satisfied customer
The overall service was excellent but my application process did not excel, it took two months to be completed. My rep was very professional, polite, and helpful when I had questions regarding my loan agreement.
