This was a quick and easy process . Jonathan Battle went above and beyond to help .
There were a couple of minor hickups but mostly on my end, papers I didn't have, etc. Patrick Wang helped me through the whole process and he went above and beyond! I couldn't have done it without his help! I couldn't have asked for a better person for the job.

I was able to maintain my payment schedule and lower my interest rate by 3%. The process was fast and easy to manage.
Everyone involved was very helpful and answered all my questions and helped me through every step of the process. My advisor Angela Stein was WONDERFUL! The refinance got me the best rate and much lower payments.
