This process was easy and the service was excellent! Christy was incredibly helpful and outlined next steps so we knew what to expect. Honestly one of the best lending experiences Ive ever had.
The process to refi was about as easy as I could have hoped for. From uploading documents to DocuSign, it was very simple. Also, Matthew followed up to assist and make sure everything was handled properly and done quickly.
Process went smoothly and my representative Matt magneson was on top of everything and kept me in the loop of it all.
They were very helpful and professional in the whole process. Unfortunately it ended up being not as big of a difference in my interest rate as advertised.
