Friendly knowledgeable and quick response for appointments
My representative was super helpful and patient with me. The whole process was explained well and fairly easy, I was able to do everything from my home with my busy schedule. They made my first time refinancing a breeze.
At first I was hesitant about refinancing my vehicle because I thought it would be difficult but Tresl definitely made things very easy and very helpful with everything.
Deanna and the team helped me so much through this process and got it done!!! Took me from 12.8% to a 4.8%!!! I’m a happy camper!!! Highly recommend!!

There were a couple of minor hickups but mostly on my end, papers I didn't have, etc. Patrick Wang helped me through the whole process and he went above and beyond! I couldn't have done it without his help! I couldn't have asked for a better person for the job.
