The entire process was extremely easy, by far the smoothest transaction. The people I worked with was friendly and communicated exactly what was needed.
My agent was extremely nice, very organized, and very efficient. She helped me every step of the way and both made sure I knew what I was signing and getting my paperwork sent in asap. She sent me reminders whenever I needed them and always kept in contact with me on any major issues (which there weren't very many). Great service AND I got a great rate. Couldn't ask for more.

Very good overall service
When I first began the refinance process, things went fairly smoothly. My finance advisor (Markis) stayed in contact and made sure I had submitted all the necessary documentation. However, once I met with the notary and signed everything (on 5/23), the communication between Markis and I dropped significantly. I had to follow up with him a few different times asking if there was anything else I needed to do as I had not heard back from him or the lending bank (Tresl) as to whether or not everything was approved.
