The rate was lowered on my loan, however it was higher than shown on credit karma. I am still happy bit, disappointed they were not as forth coming about the rates.

He walked me through the process, giving step by step instructions, and he was very effective at communicating, responding to email and phone calls promptly, and answering all of my questions with great professionalism and accuracy.
