Very good experience from start to finish. Melissa was GREAT, she answered all my questions and helped understand how the process would go. I had never done this before and was a little uneasy not knowing what to expect or of getting taken advantage of. I will say none of that was the case with Trsel and I would gladly use theme again. Very quick and responsive as well as always there when needed. Do not hesitate to use this co if you are looking to refinance.
