Shoulda done this sooner
During the loan process, Nate was awesome. Very nice and helpful. But after the loan went through, never got back in touch with me when I had a question. Guess you got what you needed. For me, awesome customer service is still communicating with your client even after the loan process is done. I bent over backwards to get him what he needed to close the loan. I felt a little let down.

Great customer services, very pushy in a good way. I mean they are on top of everything they explain and will remind you. Overall I liked my loan agent she was great, honest and very helpful.
