Truly Amazing Amazing customer service and very responsive. This was my first time refinancing a car and Brad made the whole process very seamless.
Overall Good Experience Customer service was a plus. I dealt with James Springer & he was very helpful. I would give 5 stars, but they ran my credit twice which messed with my scores. I also had good credit, in the 700’s & now it’s dropped below 700. I also saw that with my scores that I had, I would had a better rate than what I got. I’m just glad to be able to lower my payment from dealing with Wells Fargo who was practically stealing from me.
Wonderful Customer Service! I was trying to refinance a loan that had an outrageous interest rate. I don’t have a good credit score right now. I worked with Raymond who treated me like a queen and never once even mentioned my credit score. I would use them again in a heartbeat! The process was smooth and easy, the customer service was exceptional! The interest rate was nearly 1/3 of what I was paying before! It highly recommend!
