My family experienced an unexpected timing of events which caused me to have to hurry with refinancing my loan. My agent, Victor, was extremely understanding of our circumstances and helped worked around our schedule to get my loan process completed in a quick amount of time. He was extremely pleasant to work with and gladly explained questions (even the smallest, probably self-explained ones) with no hesitation or attitude. Victor was so great this entire process! There was a hiccup with my paycheck stubs and he fixed it right away while advocating for my application to go through. Above and beyond! So happy with how the process went and definitely recommend.

All was done by phone and email! Rob G. was the BEST! Please request him if you ever want to get financing done through TRESL! He's very honest and has great customer service as well as wonderful work ethics! I was very happy and satisfied to work with him!

First of all, if you get to work with Jeff Davies then you are in the right hands! The process was smooth and simple. The only process that took a bit was when we dealt with the bank, but that is normal since the bank has to do their due diligence. This was the best experience I had with car financing! Once again, thank you Jeff!
