Simple process and great service
Easy and convenient
The process of setting it up and getting it done was amazing! The staff workers who helped me and told me what I can do were kind. If I missed a step in filling out the form I would get notified so I can fix it. I would recommend this to anyone.
They got me a better interest and lower payments. Friendly staff and quick. Definitely recommend
Tried to apply through the Credit Karma app and it said that I did not qualify but when I called and talked to a woman about it I did qualify. She seemed annoyed that I wanted her to do it for me through the phone instead of applying online. I also had to repeat myself many times so hopefully she actually got my information right. I'm not too excited about how this is going to turn out but I'm hoping that I didn't just mess up my credit with this lender. The agent was very friendly and helpful. They found me a lower rate but my payment was the same. I wish it would have worked out better but we decided to stay with our current loan.
IFS was the best refiance company that suited me and my situation. I got help from Terri and she did an amazing job with following up and answering questions. I reccomend this company to everyone that wants the best deal and great customer service.
