This company doesnt care about our fallen soldiers they disrespect our military if you can change your communities management company you would be better off then them disrespecting our country and our military they call a fallen soldier sign compariable to trash is this the country we are living in now

Heard on social media that this company called a banner honoring a fallen brother in war a nuisance and compared to trash. As a fellow veteran this is sickening and whoever issued this citation should be fired immediately. Also walking it back by saying they didn't know it was previously approved, how about apologizing for disrespecting a fallen soldier.Was slightly interested in working with this company, I will never consider them again, absolutely despicable display. This *** does not respectfully respond to home owners. I have reached out many, many times about neighbors leaving clutter and unwanted items in the alley for weeks at a time or indefinitely, which by the way is where our garages are located. The *** sends rude canned responses and let's me know I can file a complaint of which they will provide my name and address to whom the complaint is in reference to. So **** shows up to meetings in jeans and tennis shoes. I asked how many vendors we put in bids on she said 5. I asked if we could do more and she said that is the bare min. This company is terrible. My community engaged Trestle Management six years ago to help with property management and financials. The financial have been fine, but we had to fire our first property manager, we had an interim property manager who was doing her best but was very slow, and we now have another property manager who is as bad as the first one we had to fire. I have fencing running along neighbors property AND actually on my property - up to my house! Blocks access to side of my house - I did not approve...it's block AND metal fencing....I've submitted multiple HOA forms, I've sent questions asking for help...I've followed directions how to submit these complaints...I've sent emails...I've called...I've sent multiple pictures. Been trying since Nov to get a reply. I have sent at least 6 complaint forms. One was certified registered mail. Called at least 2 dozen times and no return call. My neighbor who is on the hoa board has chickens and a rooster. The stench and bugs are out of control. This is NO rooster property and no breeding parcels. I called the county. If I could I would put negative 5. The worst community management. It seems that they don't understand that they are getting paid and have a job because of homeowners. Every time you reach out for help it seems like they have some sort of personal dislikes and vidette toward house owners. I have ever attended meetings but next time I will specially make time and follow all the steps to change our community to a different management group.
