I have called the company and emailed the property manager, but I haven't received a response. The one response I did receive didn't answer my questions, and left me wondering if the person even went to high school because of the sentence structure and spelling. For the record setarious is supposed to be seriously...in case anyone encounters the same issue.

Lol literally out entire neighborhood hates these guys. They will move into your neighborhood after you have lived there for years and then they will bill you for everything. They harassed a poor woman in my neighborhood who had a banner hung up in her yard for her fallen soldier brother. They called this banner "a nuisance.
