I went in to purchase a new stove and vent a hood. We were assisted by two men. They helped us with our purchase in a matter of minutes and we were on our way home. They ordered our purchase and gave us the name of a very competent person to deliver and install it. We are happy with our purchase. I was assisted by John Reckart.
I was searching for a part that was unique and wasn’t normally stocked in appliance or Big Box stores and I hadn’t been able to locate it but when I thought about you guys it was my last hunch. When I came into your store the receptionist asked your sales expert to look at it, and at first he thought he didn’t think so but he asked to see a close up of the picture of the part I had on phone my phone and he searched and found it you actually had it in your warehouse he went over and beyond. Customer service was great salesman has always been the best
Everyone from the beginning, the ladies at the front counter all the way down to the delivery and installation guys were knowledgeable and great! The assisted by field below, well I think just about every salesperson in your store helped me as I was in the multiple times trying to determine what I wanted. Kudos to all of them!
Andy was great in helping me decide on the door and assisting me in finding a great contractor to do the work.
From the time my wife and I walked in to the time the guy in the warehouse loaded our purchase was a great experience. The salesman was very informative and helpful and the warehouse guy was very friendly when loading our purchase in my truck.

As always Tri-Supply was a great experience for my wife and I. My youngest grandson , Greyson enjoyed it as well! We always find what we are looking for when we go there. The sales staff is also helpful and always eager to help if needed.
