No one notified me to let me know my order was in. I called the store and was informed that it was there.
Fire John . Never returned your calls. He gets his order wrong and he’s not honest about delivery dates
My husband and I ordered a door in August. They told us it would come in in October. When I called to check on it, I was told that they could no longer get that door at that price. It seems that we should have been able to get the door for the price we paid. We then asked why we weren’t notified that we couldn’t have the door. Now they say they can’t give our money back because we paid with a debit card and it’s been over 30 days so they mailed us check on 10/12. Needless to say we haven’t received it.
