Terrible Customer Service! No matter what we were told, they never honored anything they stated verbally or in writing. Never dealt with the same person! Continuously shifted to a different employee. Everyone very indifferent to the point of being rude. How do these people keep their jobs? Is management aware of such unprofessionalism. Horrible financial service to go through, my girlfriend just bought a house using triad 3 months ago and each time we’ve gone to pay online using their autopay they send the money back and proceed to tell us there is insufficient funds in the account. The problem with that is there more than enough in two different accounts to pay, plus we call them to figure out how it can be paid (since it won’t let us online) and the lady who answers the phone is rude and ,unprofessional, wasn’t helping so we asked for a manager or a high... read more
The most frustrating thing Ive dealt with. We've called multiple times on different issues we’ve been having. We get multiple different answers each time. We've been dealing with the same issue for over a year now. Nobody there has helped. I feel like they are all trained differently. Ive asked for a supervisor and never got a call back. Debating just selling our house because this is exhausting
I just wanna give a big shout out to Frank. He definitely goes above and beyond. No matter how stressed things seem to get Frank really helps to try and resolve the problems. I know a lot of people don’t really like triad but honestly communication has been key for me. Also when I call I say who I want to speak too and I get transferred with no problem. If you seem to be in a situation and can’t get the right person just ask for Frank he will most definitely help you out. Thank you so much Frank for all your help.
We had a fantastic experience working with Anna Stewart as our mortgage loan officer. She was excellent at communicating every step of the way, always staying in touch and keeping us informed.
