I just wanna give a big shout out to Frank. He definitely goes above and beyond. No matter how stressed things seem to get Frank really helps to try and resolve the problems. I know a lot of people don’t really like triad but honestly communication has been key for me. Also when I call I say who I want to speak too and I get transferred with no problem. If you seem to be in a situation and can’t get the right person just ask for Frank he will most definitely help you out. Thank you so much Frank for all your help.
The most frustrating thing Ive dealt with. We've called multiple times on different issues we’ve been having. We get multiple different answers each time. We've been dealing with the same issue for over a year now. Nobody there has helped. I feel like they are all trained differently. Ive asked for a supervisor and never got a call back. Debating just selling our house because this is exhausting
Never ever work with triad if you don't have to, go with 21st century or something other than triad. Anna Stewart was our loan originator. She was horrible, messed up so many important documents. Tried working off two different loans, when we were only trying to get one. Working with this financial institution is enough to make you want to unalive yourself. We had a fantastic experience working with Anna Stewart as our mortgage loan officer. She was excellent at communicating every step of the way, always staying in touch and keeping us informed. Everything was handled efficiently and completed in a timely manner. Anna’s professionalism and responsiveness made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!
I'd give 0 stars if I could. Absolutely ridiculous, I always send my money orders in a timely manner like 2-3 weeks early, too many times they claimed they didn't get my payment and tried collecting more money, funny when I sent a copy of receipts and told them I already sent the money orders they get cashed in the same day I tell them I sent the money! Smh. They are absolutely terrible and customer service is terrible as well most have attitudes.
