By doing this you are giving false information out. We are a small business in the Houston area, you can look up our offices up on google and look us up on any state website to see that we are a legit business. I am a repeat customer, I’ve contacted you for annual inspections same time every year. I called and advised the representative I wanted the REPEAT of what I always get she confirmed and scheduled my appointment for 9:30 am today. Today I got another call to confirm appointment and what I wanted done - repeat of last year . The rep confirmed and say tech was on the way . Me instalaron una unidad de 2 1/2 tonelada en noviembre los dizque técnicos que lo hicieron hicieron pésimo trabajo que daño mi secadora y mi refrigerador, porque conectaron las dos unidades a una misma pastilla y había cortes de luz por sobrecarga, gracias a dios que no hubo un incendio , lo reporté y después de varios días alguien lo arregló, pero nadie me respondió por mis aparatos 😡 tampoco los recomiendo porque igual hemos cumplido el contrato al pie de la letra espero que por lo menos cumplan el mantenimiento por una... read more

Estas personas son unos estafadores, primero te dicen un precio y cuando vas a saldar el equipo te salen que son miles de dólares más por ejemplo a mi me vendieron una unidad de 3 toneladas en 6,500 cuando la voy a saldar 3 meses después me dicen que son 10,500. Si no saben inglés no le firmen nadas los muy morones no saben que engañar a la gente para que firmen contratos es probable ante la ley. Que bueno que una compañía lo esté asesorando cuando ellos no lo pudieron ayudar con su crédito porque lo tiene re MALO y si ud quiere ir a corte con la compañía Financiera lo puede hacer , y siempre va a ver una compañía que va a hablar mal de otra , pero quien lo ayudo a ud para tener su aire está financiera y nuestra compañía de aire , porque a ud ni una financiera de bajos intereses lo aprueban , y ud sabe que cuando no se tiene buen crédito se paga altos intereses hasta para comprar un carro .

I don’t recommend them! I bought my AC Dec 2019 16 seer 5 ton and had my first issue already. My AC stop cooling. They stopped by my to service my AC and change the capacitor out. The capacitor is covered BUT the labor is not. Labor fee is $400! Does this sound right? $400 for 15 min of labor? I don’t mind paying a fair price. I have a problem being taken advantage of. They stated that if I hired another contractor to service my AC the warranty would no longer be valid. So do your research and ask questions before ... read more

3 years ago I was quoted a carrier unit and ended up installing a comfort maker for the same price. Called to get a technician to look at my condenser unit and was told 80 for the service call plus 400 to replace the capacitor. All this under warranty when the capacitor itself is 14 DLLs. I will never do business with them or recommend them.

Mr. Estrada our records indicate that we have not gone to your home, therefore we don't know why you were told pricing on replacing a capacitor. Also our records indicate that you are out of labor warranty so we would have to charge you labor cost. The part is still under warranty.

porque me prometieron mi primer año de mantenimiento y que n mi contrato dice que por 10 años de garantía todo y la máquina y hoy llegaron y por un capacitador trabajo de 10 minutos me cobraron $400 y Daniel ni tan siquiera me contestó el teléfono y así lo recomendé con más personas y nunca me reparo las fugas de aire pero yo lo voy a reportar a la financiera porque tengo mis pagos al día y sin embargo ellos no cumple con lo que promete personas como estas son las que los asen perder nuestro buen crédito don Daniel solo le ... read more

I am so disappointed with this company, I just got a brand new unit 3.5 ton 14 months ago, first summer after I got it, it is already broken!! I have warranty in parts but not in labor , they are charging $400 for just labor! Incredible . Besides that they blame on me because I have given maintenance to the unit ( to a year old unit?) , I did not take care of it. I don’t recommend this company they just go after money, no customer service .
