Dear Dr. Shen, I am so pleased with the results of procedure of renovation I had done last week. As I said before I am sosorry not to have known about it before. I am completely satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend your new dental office to any of my friends should they have such a need. AS for the veneers, unfortunately I need to decline, it is an expense that I only would consider should there be an absolute emergency, like a crown or implant and that is not the case. This was just my second appointment with Dr. Shen, and, yesterday afternoon, I spent about two hours in the chair (crown replacement and two lateral fillings). He and his assistants are both personable and professional, instilling confidence for a healthy and pain-free experience. Thank you!
