Very pleasant and friendly staff. Not pushy. Office surroundings are exceptionally soothing and clean. Medical and financial matters are discussed frankly and final decisions are left to the patient.
Great customer service
Very friendly staff, caring and empathetic. Dr. Ocampo explained the proceedures, monitored my apprehension, and calmly did what she had to do. On time, no waiting, in and out. Can't ask for anything more. And it didn't hurt a bit....
