The entire staff is welcoming and helpful. From the moment we walked in, we were attended to immediately by Laura. Laura answers all of our insurance questions on the spot. Marisol is so attentive, patient, and makes the process of having your teeth cleaned (ugh!) a pleasant one. She was so patient with my 7 year old and answered all of his 7 year old questions. Dr. Shen gives you the information you need and is never rushed when he comes in to see us.
I am SOOO happy with my treatment yesterday. My crown was ready for me when I came in and my fillings look great. It was done quickly and the doctor and staff are so friendly and kind.
Fine...fearful anticipation quickly vanished as Dr. Shen and team eased through a crown replacement. Nice to have crown created on-site while I waited. Quick fit, touch of polishing, and I was done. No need for temporary crown and no need to return. Thank you!
From the moment I check in with the ladies at the front desk to the dental technicians and Dr. Shen, I am always at ease under their care. They take the time to know my personal preferences so that I am comfortable through any procedure. Dr. Shen is very professional and takes the time to explain his recommendations and treatment plans. They all work very well as a team.
My first visit to the office was so welcoming and friendly. They explained my insurance benefits to me and made it easier for me to make decisions regarding my follow up appointments after my exam and cleaning.
Dr. Shen is awesome! I really appreciate a dentist that takes time to make sure his patient is comfortable and knows exactly what is going to happen. The entire staff is friendly and wonderful... so glad this office was recommended to me. :)
