This would have been a 5 star had I known in advance that payment in full would be required via a voided cheque with funds going into escrow the day after the preplanning meeting. Otherwise the representative was extremally knowledgeable and kind. Though I'd say a little more discretion would have been appreciated when meeting in a public place (as in not quite so boisterous a tone) when others could hear our conversation.
