Trinity Funeral Home Representative (Vince) came to my home to discuss pre-arranging my funeral. He was extremely helpful, courteous and sincere. He was on time for our appointment and called the day of the appointment to confirm our meeting time. Vince reviewed all service options available to me to make the best decision for my funeral arrangements. Vince is very knowledgeable with the services provided by the funeral home.
After talking to 3 different funeral service providers about prearranging our funerals we settled on Trinity. Our reason for choosing was flexibility. We did not get you have to do this items in our conversations. Unlike one of the others interactions, we did not feel pressured or compelled to act quickly. Brandy had told us at the outset the goal was to provide the services we felt comfortable with. And we came away totally satisfied that the arrangements are right for us and our children.

Jenelle was excellent, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Ryan, the individual who was to complete the paperwork is an over qualified used car salesperson who fails to meet dates & promises. I assume he is the owners son otherwise he would be terminated. The staff in general are very friendly, courteous and helpful especially Jenellee.
Very attentive staff. Both times I popped in I was expecting to make appointments, but they just got things sorted right there and then. The option was also very helpful. We were looking for a simple cremation package for my dad but with an actual storefront that I could visit to pre-arrange in person - Trinity fit the bill perfectly.
