This was mine and my husbands first time buying a house and I couldnt imagine doing this without Joe! He made the whole process so easy to understand and was so quick to respond to any questions we had. If we had to do this again we would definitely go with Joe!!
Joe made this home building/buying process seamless. He was able to walk my wife and I through the loan process as first time home buyers and was very thorough to make sure we understood every aspect of our loan and what to expect with taxes in the future.
