Working with Joe was such a pleasure! Everyone makes it seem as if home buying is such a stressful process and Joe made us feel the exact opposite! He communicated with us every step of the way and explained everything in a manner that we were never confused or overwhelmed which could’ve been expected as first time home buyers. We just finished building our 3rd home and Joe Savala was by far the best Loan Officer we’ve had. He was available and super helpful every time we had questions. He was also very knowledge and thorough throughout the process. We had an excellent experience and highly recommend him.

She was and is the best if the best!! Because we went VA Loan, you always need more info than any others. She said she felt good about the loan, guess what we are new home owners.. love her!!

Brittany was wonderful to work with - from the very beginning of the process - to the very end - and beyond! She was quick to respond back to any questions that I had, and she explained everything thoroughly to me. She kept me informed of deadlines and remaining paperwork needed. Joe our loan officer is awesome, lovable, and know his job. When we first met him we knew that everything wss going to work out right and on time. His team was amazing to work with as well. We highly recommend Joe. We had a great experience. Joe is the man.

My husband and I worked with Joe recently when we relocated from the U.K. back to Texas. We needed to close on our new home quickly to allow us to then go buy vehicles since we came to Texas with nothing. Joe and his team were able to close us in just 3 weeks from the date of our offer. Joe was very helpful throughout the building/buying process of our home. He answered our questions in a timely manner, most times within minutes. We bought numerous homes in the past, but this was the first time building a home of our own, and Joe made the process very easy. I would certainly recommend Joe to anyone looking to finance a home.
