I would not rent from these people. I visited one of their properties on W. Lee Rd. in Taylors, SC yesterday and was surprised to find the downstairs of this house inhabited by a person, and they were there. The house smelled strongly of smoke. There was no mention of the downstairs tenant in the listing, there were roaches all over the floor, and none of the doors were locked. They refuse to replace a refrigerator at one of their rentals! Y’all claim the owner “won’t accept buying a new one”. The fridge totally went and my friend is needing a new one. All of their food went BAD! She is a married woman and has 4 kids! Step into these tenants shoes and imagine what it’s like to not have any food, let alone a working refrigerator!
