I applied to a rental with Trinity Property Management and paid a the application fee, after having already spoken with someone saying we were first in line for the property. I would not rent from these people. I visited one of their properties on W. Lee Rd. in Taylors, SC yesterday and was surprised to find the downstairs of this house inhabited by a person, and they were there. The house smelled strongly of smoke. There was no mention of the downstairs tenant in the listing, there were roaches all over the floor, and none of the doors were locked.
