I am so impressed and pleased with trinity. They have been beyond helpful and timely. Kayla has been beyond friendly and great at responding in a timely manner. The property I am renting is super clean and kept up nicely. I highly Recommend this company!

I would not rent from these people. I visited one of their properties on W. Lee Rd. in Taylors, SC yesterday and was surprised to find the downstairs of this house inhabited by a person, and they were there. The house smelled strongly of smoke. There was no mention of the downstairs tenant in the listing, there were roaches all over the floor, and none of the doors were locked. Hi, Tiffany. First I would like to tell you that the one time that you called was at 8:40 am and our phones do not turn on until 9:30 am, per our hours listed on our website. In addition, there was an internet outage yesterday and our phones are a VOIP system, therefore our phones were not working nor was our email. Your message didn't come through until this morning.
