Patricia LunaDeAlva was wonderful in helping me refinance a vacation home that other lenders didn’t seem as interested, nor knowledgeable with. She was able to help us avoid appraising the property, which helped speed things up, saved us money and eliminated all variables. I spoke to Trish a couple of days before I had to sign docs on 6 cash out refinance loans with another lender. She managed to beat the other lenders on those 6 plus managed another 2 loans all under 6 weeks. She saved me over 10k on EACH loan. I recommend her to everyone I know interested in a mortgage! Trish is extremely competent and capable. She was amazing in sharing her skills to assist me through the process of re financing my home.
