Trish was a pleasure to work with for my refinance. My current lender was aggressively trying to get my refinance, but their Loan Specialist simply couldn’t compete with Trish’s helpfulness and honesty. Also, Axos offers a rate float down if interest rates drop. I was able to take advantage of that. Finally, Axos has no lender fees by opening a checking account and their Title Company had lower fees than my local Title Company.

Patricia was a true pleasure to work with! Even though our process got a little complicated because of the type of property we bought, she was always willing to help us and explain all the steps. She was incredibly responsive and attentive towards us and our needs. Never kept us waiting! I strongly recommend working with her and her team.

I believe my current state of peace of mind was because of Trish's deep financial experience, her knowledge of her bank's portfolio of products and maybe most of all; her "can do attitude". Trish's willingness to take the time to listen to me and my real estate agent about my different requirements and the unusual loan parameters I needed, was refreshing and remarkable. We shopped around and eventually settled on Trish's bank. She was responsive, knowledgeable and very pleasant. I am very busy but the process was relatively painless. At our closing, our Title Company said we got an unusually excellent deal.

Dealing with TRISH at Bank of Internet was fabulous and she handeled it all. She was the go between the bank and all the people inbeyween. She made the entire process fabulous and I want to thank her and John She went over and above helping me thru unusual circumstances that appeared along the way.
