Always great. I was able to quickly get an appointment. While I was nervous to get the antibody test the staff really made me comfortable and at ease. It was quick and painless . Everyone is so friendly. I always highly recommend your office to others looking for a place to go.
The conference went well. The new assistant appeared nervous but was polite. Overall, my questions were answered. The one thing I do not understand is why blood work can't be completed a week before the appointment so results could be discussed in person. Such a practice seems much more efficient to me.
Detailed, informative, professional. The staff were helpful and the nurse and Dr Lee took time to explain their process.
