it was ok. wait was a little long, but not a big deal.
I love my doctor. Front desk is just all about money. They did not check my insurance before appointment even with a two week window. Now being told that I cannot get my referrals until I pay. Not very good. Great job to Dr. Lee. He is the best.
Staff was very friendly from initial phone call through to follow-up post test. Drive up test process was easy to follow & so efficient. Staff was prompt & we were in & out for COVID test within 10 minutes. Had both the Rapid & PCR tests performed & received rapid results before we even got back home within 20 minutes. Very easy process in such confusing & challenging times.
