The conference went well. The new assistant appeared nervous but was polite. Overall, my questions were answered. The one thing I do not understand is why blood work can't be completed a week before the appointment so results could be discussed in person. Such a practice seems much more efficient to me.
Detailed, informative, professional. The staff were helpful and the nurse and Dr Lee took time to explain their process.

I love Dr. Lee, he actually listens to me and makes sure to address all concerns before I leave the office. I’ve never had a complaint about anyone in the office at any visit from check-in to check-out.
