The team from the first call placed right through to the drive-up experience exceeded my expectations. The E2E experience was thoughtful. professional and both NP who came to my car to meet/greet and complete the testing were well-protected, and had easy to follow instructions! I set up the meeting with Diane over the phone and had a great experience. and then saw the PA, Rebecca Rose who had wonderful customer service skills (Tristan was very customer focused!).
