Getting my covid test there was fine, they had a good set up going and the staff was very nice and helpful. They totally didn't judge me for my post-nasal swab freak out which was great. My only issue was how long it took to get my results. I was told 3 days, the third day was a Sunday so I was expecting to hear on Monday. I didn't hear until almost 6pm on Tuesday night and that was after calling twice asking if my results were in. They had arrived Monday but I guess the doctor wasn't there to review them? The team from the first call placed right through to the drive-up experience exceeded my expectations. The E2E experience was thoughtful. professional and both NP who came to my car to meet/greet and complete the testing were well-protected, and had easy to follow instructions! I set up the meeting with Diane over the phone and had a great experience. and then saw the PA, Rebecca Rose who had wonderful customer service skills (Tristan was very customer focused!).
Quick and efficient. Rebecca was very helpful, did a great job.
I love Tristan Medical! I went here for my first appointment and they were quick, efficient, and friendly! 10/10 would recommend!
