i just became a patient over the last week. Honestly, I am not a fan of the Sick care system. Long overdue I make some needed appointments. Saturday, they see me and ask I return after fasting and give blood the following day. I return it's 8 am i am sitting in the lobby for 15 minutes, i already called on the phone no answer. I was seen here first thing this morning. The physician was very nice and was going to call a prescription into my pharmacy. As of 2pm, the pharmacy had not received it. I called over a dozen times before someone picked up and they said they would look into it and have it called in right away. As of 6:30 pm, the pharmacy still did not have it. Staff is excellent.Was told to be early, appointment was 8:45, arrived 8:25.Upset had to wait until 9:05 to be seen.

Had to find new dr. due to health insurance—finally got an appointment —-which was a waste of time! She said i had to go to “pain clinic “ at sturdy memorial to get a refill on med i have been taking for years. Go to that appointment to be told have to come back in 4 weeks and maybe it will get filled???? Told to have new dr. (PA) fill it until then—she said pain clinic had to and back n forth its going  I have to pay the price and suffer because i had to switch drs.     Thats bull!!

Nicole was uncaring. Should never argue about maintenance medication with a patient. Definitely thinking of switching doctors after the experience with her.

I went to my appointment mainly to refill my prescription, which is a very mild controlled substance, and the doctor said, " it looks like it was sent in already"......it wasn't! I now have to wait until Monday because it was Friday when this happened. I already had been waiting a week trying to get my refill. I had to call 3 or 4 times, and when I was upset, the staff on the phone were not understanding. At my appointment the person that took my blood pressure seemed to be in a bad mood...never seen that before...

Red flags everywhere. Attendings constantly leaving, poor communication and follow up. Called bc my prescription wasn’t filled and no one alerted me I needed to be seen before it being refilled again. Said every three months you need to be seen to refill and anxiety medication. Although it’s been filled for the last 10 months with just a yearly appointment. when asked to speak to my doctors ones informed she left almost A year ago. When asked to speak to the manager to better understand she answered her line with an attitude... read more

I will never use this place again. They dropped the ball big time on my husband and did nothing for him. He had been experiencing kidney pain, so we rushed him to RI hospital emergency room. His kidneys and prostrate were swollen and he was in agony. The docs told him to go back to his General Practitioner. There was no doctors there, just nurse practitioners who I'm sure are good at what they do, but are NOT DOCTORS.
