This place has been my go too since I started but. I have toe pain. Obviously I came there 1st. Referee to sturdy. Waste of time. Came back as a follow up to get a referral to a foot specialist July 14th. 3 visits nothing for the pain. I’m kinda lost here. My toe is killing me. Why within 2 hospitals have I not been given any type of pain meds for the gaut in my foot. It’s throbbing. Bayer is not helping at all.
No x-ray available on weekends but that was not made clear until we had gotten most of the way through the registration process (after waiting in line and while she fielded multiple phone calls) -- she didn't even ask what we were there for until I was halfway done filling out the forms. Website and building both say "x-ray". At least she told us before taking co-pay, but what a waste of our time.
The practitioner was in a hurry did not treat my child and instead ask me to go to her primary care - so she can bill me for saying this and then the actual treatment. That is not good for a sick child mother.

Had to wait 3+ hours to be seen. I was discharged after 4+ hours. Not the way I wanted to spend my Friday. Wish they can see patients faster. Was very hungry while I was there for so long, and agitated.
Front desk was loud and speaking about patients after hanging up the phone including their names and why they called. Very unprofessional. Waited over an hour before seen. If my reason for visiting wasn’t so minor I’d be even more disappointed in my visit. I will not be recommending to friends or family.
Absolutely do not go here for help! Had ear infections and went back twice for it in 2 weeks they still haven't figured out how to help me and the medicine is not doing anything. I called them again and again and was told someone would call me back and it's been over 3 days of me calling in a row without a returned phone call. I absolutely do not recommend going here for any ear, nose, or mouth related. I'm pretty sure the doctors are misinformed and unstable at this location.
I waited for two hours before being seen. If someone had just said they were short staffed and given me an option to come back next day it would have been helpful. The doctor on was wonderful and was the one to apologize and explain t
