It was easy and convenient to make an appointment. The staff was courteous. I was anxious, am in my 70’s and help my mother, who tested positive , 8 days, ago. The man who administered the test had a gentle and respectful demeanor, which was very much appreciated. The wait to hear results was said to be 5 days, which is unfortunate. Great experience. No wait time, I was in and out. The man that swabbed me was very knowledgeable and explained fully the differences between tests and suggested which one would be best for me. The swab was quick and painless.
