My vaccine experience was as good as it could be. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. My appointment ran on time and I appreciate the advance reminders/confirmations as well as the follow ups.
The team there yesterday (3/6/2021) was fantastic. The girl at the window actually explained my billing in a way no one else ever had and explained why I had certain charges that I previously did not understand, now I do. The two girls that did the work before I saw the doctor were extremely efficient and especially did an amazing job with the EKG. Best experience I have had there. Last but certainly not least is Brian. He is always great and he is the reason I go to Tristan. Thank you all for a job well done!!!!
