0 Star : My Experience There are several imperfections with repair and my horn stopped working and the warning sound Tony gate lift also stopped working. The representative has contacted me but the hours are mon-fri 8-6 which are also my work hours. It’s ridiculous to me that you all do not have Saturday hours for corporate folks. My job is very demanding and it’s hard to take off. Sat 8-12 would make more sense for minor satisfaction issues.
2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I am 50/50 on results. I do believe if communication was better I would rate higher. I was stressed and didn't know left from right in this process. And then being without a car for over 3 weeks was difficult. I think time-frame's estimate or windows of completion are crucial.
