I bought it up to the agent and he acknowledged it was messed up but didn’t offer to fix it after they messed it up. Smh. How you give a customer a car back knowing you broke something and not mention this to them. 2 Star : Likely to Recommend 1.5 Star : Repair Quality My window wasn’t closing which make me wonder was a thorough inspection done and also ironically my battery went dead spring at the ship and it was kind of hill to replace the battery but that battery only lasted 2 weeks and now I have to purchase a new battery out of pocket because the warranty is void because the battery wasn’t part of invoice 😡😡 and my old battery was under warranty. 3.5 Star : Customer Service 4 Star : Returned Clean

I know what was the damage and how much would be the cost (less than $5000). You guys overcharged. Cost from $6000 to went up to $16000. Trying to steal maximum from insurance. 0 Star : My Experience Really bad service they didn't even wash the car it was all dusty and it got scratches on the body you'll didn't even fixed I'm not happy at all
0 Star : My Experience My car was not washed nor cleaned. The trunk was filled with bodyshop dust. I had a set of keys in the console they were stolen.

They don’t greet you when you walk in they never smile they look mad most of the time and phone skills is even worse. I only went in a couple days and call a few times and I wouldn’t want to deal with them on a daily basis. 4 Star : Returned Clean
0 Star : My Experience After paint all over the vehicle, and the vehicle was not detailed after body work. 2.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Not paying attention to detail . 3 Star : Repair Quality It was not a clean job. Too many after-paint spots and my vehicle was not cleaned after almost a month in the body shop. Not impressed at all. 4 Star : Customer Service No further comments. 0 Star : Returned Clean
