0 Star : My Experience The left seat was losing and damaged. I never use my Nissan because I try in to keep clean and original every thing but now the front seat on the left side looks old. Looks like someone replaced it for another seat. Unfortunately I don’t have the pictures of the original seat but now this seat is different from the others.
1.5 Star : Likely to Recommend I have not had a good track record with service from trophy nissan from the service dept and when I purchased it, I was lied to do much 4 Star : Repair Quality Before I brought my car in, my locks were fine and when I picked my car up after about two days my keys would not lock or unlock my car. I don't know if it was demagnetized be at the collision shop because it was close to other keys. 4 Star : Customer Service Dustin was very nice and the staff were very attentive. 5 Star : Returned Clean

0 Star : My Experience I was told on Monday 11/2 that my car was ready to be picked up Tuesday 11/3. When I arrived to the shop on Tuesday they told me my car wasn’t ready. I was never informed that my car wasn’t ready till I got there. I had to get out of work early to go pick up the car, so I feel they didn’t communicate with me right. Then when I looked inside my car there was trash from the parts that they removed from the car and it was all dusty from the inside too. It seems they didn’t bother to cover anything. 0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend Absolutely not - bad repair job. Placed me in dangerous position. Engine could have burned up. Had to find a way home. 0.5 Star : Repair Quality Car was not repaired properly. Radiator fluid leaking and spaying out. Engine ran hot. Heard noise from under hood. Had to have car towed back to Trophy on Saturday - day two after picking up car. Totally dissatisfied and disappointed with incompetent service. 3.5 Star : Customer Service
