They may have done this in order to not drain my battery while working on it but they never tightened the 10mm nut. 0 Star : My Experience Leann was wonderful but she didn't notify me how long the process would take until I called her in a panic. She said she'd let me know Friday but never did. She also said she'd let me know by end of day the results of contacting managers at root but never did. So promised contact was not satisfactory. Also the system sent me a text that added an entire week into the repairs, resulting in me panicking. That's not something the system should do.
