Make sure you check the room before it’s to late The room was like a cheap motel I was embarrassed it looked nothing like the picture online The room was priced for luxury it was outdated there was a patched hole in the ceiling the wallpaper looked like it was melting off the walls

Bad That there was a cockroach on her bed when we were trying to go to bed in the front desk lady it was very rude about it That everything was close by

I was not impressed with my stay at all. Chelsea needs to be completely renovated.the furniture We were first assigned to Chelsea and it was dark, dingy, and out dated. Only one of the three elevators worked and there was poop in the stairwells. I was switched to a room in North Tower which was a little better but the shower water was Lukewarm for the first 10 minutes before it warmed up, and the need was very firm. The main casino floor was bright and inviting.
