Would not choose this location again No customer service. Staff was hard to find. Very difficult to navigate the property, poor signage to direct you. none of the self service machines worked properly, Valet staff rude!

It was only one night so it was bearable The maintenance of the elevators and no amenities in the bath room Only one elevator was working in the whole Chelsea tower it was insane the bathroom had one bar of hand soap no lotion or shower caps no bottles of water in the room but I have to say we went to hash house for breakfast and it was really good but I don’t think I will stay in the Chelsea tower again I may opt for the Havana or the quarters

I was excited about the Jeffrey Osborne show at the Cesar hotel. That's where I thought we was stayi The shower water was weak, felt like a half shower the carpet needs to be cleaned, the view was not good, I had to turn the lights on from a switch on the cords. Not to mention the place was like a maze to get back to your room and the garage. It took 20 min to find my car, I seen a few others trying to find their car as well.we had to walk through the casino to get to our room the smoking section at that. Then walking throug... read more

Loved my stay but super bummed out theft in the area is not taken seriously Items were stolen out of my car in the parking garage. Tropicana apparently refuses to make themselves liable and anything that CAN be done about theft has to go through the police and not the hotel … Which doesn’t make any sense to me . The parking garage shares the same walls as the hotel itself , it’s technically attached to it. So as a guest , staying in your hotel , spending money and also paying to park in said garage as a guest in the hotel … ... read more

Удобное расположение, номер так себе Номер затхлый. Средней чистоты. Доплата за вид из окна не имела никакого смыла. Окна были настолько грязные, что просто ничего из них не видно. Ценна сильно завышена… учитывая старую повидавшую виды мебель. Отель явно «уставший». Жалко что на казино только зарабатывают, а не вкладывают в качество. Самостоятельный чек ин и чек аут.
