Overpriced The room was extremely humid. The windowsill had puddles of water under it in the morning. I’m assuming with that much water, there has to be mold. The room needed a major update! Tiles were cracked in the bathroom, furniture was worn down and no light switches. You can to turn on the lamp by the lamp instead of a switch. It was WAY overpriced for a terrible room.

Bad
I'd stay again if my expectations were met, but would more likely try another hotel. The ventilation system is terrible. The room and hallway smell like marijuana. I stayed in a suite, not a junior suite. No coffee mugs or wine glasses. Very lacking in amenities and this is a premium room. Il Verde was very good as was Palm, both dinners were superb. Bed was comfortable but the linens were far from new, lol.

Tropicana always leaves the light on There was allot of hair left in room bathroom from prior guest that I took time to clean I love the Tropicana as it's a one stop shop food entertainment relaxation just hangout close to ocean boardwalk public shopping

I’ll never stay at the Chelsea side of the hotel ever again the hotel room was not cleaned. the sheets had old stains, the bathroom soap dish had old soap residue. the bathroom was not sanitized and I had to clean it myself. there was marijuana and cigarette smoking on the floor of the hotel room and had to cover the door with towels so the smell didn’t trigger our sinuses. totally unacceptable. I would not book the Chelsea side part of the hotel ever again. it was close to the venue

I won’t ever step foot in there again Literally nothing Worst casino trip of my life. No I did not lose $ The whole experience was very poor. You can just tell that they don’t care.

good but not satisfied I booked a smoking room. when I got there was told there’s no smoking rooms and we were upgraded for free. was not an upgrade at all location, restaurants

Love the trop. The spot just had a super Nasty feel Clean Clean Clean Elevators should be clean 4/5 time a day I saw a cup in the elevator from 4 PM check out to my next day 11 AM check out
