below par from what I’m used to ! too close to elevator bank , kept me up most of the night !! outdated room , refrigerator not working right.

Bad My room floor was disgusting!! The water was cold and took a long time to get warm! The hallways were trashed ! I called and spoke with a manager named Chris the day of check in and he brushed me off! I spoke to another manager at check out and she gave me back some money but I want all my money back ! I couldn't wait to leave and I will never go and stay there!

Will not come back. Read above. They told me there was no copm breakfest.room for the price.not that nice.no microwave.elevator keep us up at nite.

A Mess. What I did not like about the property was the hotel was not clean. The room was very dirty. The curtain had dirt on it. The room was extremely over priced to look that bad. Honestly this was the worst experience I have had at a hotel. This was the worst experience I ever had at a hotel. The room was dirty and horrible. I spoke with the manager about my experience at this hotel and he was very rude.

It was ok. I hope we don't have to stay at this hotel again. Just about everything. Rooms can use some updates. People running in the halls, everything was ssssooooooo expensive. Not a whole lot at all. Only that it was convenient for the competition we attended. However not kid friendly.

I will never stay there again it was a mess the room was a mess the toilet was broken the carpet was so dirty the beds wasn’t comfortable the ice machine on my floor was was broke I had to go to the 6 floor for ice and my room was on the 9 floor the staff was so nasty we had two lamp in the room so we didn’t have a lot of light in the room we call for them to come see about the lamp we had in the room that wasn’t working the never came it just was a mess and I will never stay there again Nothing

I wasn’t happy at all with my stay and I will never go back. The first room we were given was not as clean as it should have been. It had dust and some dirt around the beds base. The table had something sticky on it. The lamp between the beds did not work and the Vending machine on our floor didn’t work either.
