Disappointing Most of the staff were ok... Asked for a Non-Smoking room, people were smoking & BiG Issues with WiFi got hung up on .., Most likely Not to Ever Stay AGAIN ...

Not what you expect Paid for a suite and requested a spa and they approved it after I booked. Get to the hotel and the lady said they didn't do the spa but they "upgraded us." Was excited to see the room. I paid for the suite I got a regular room with a tiny TV. Our view was facing toward the construction looking at In-N-Out. I did not book a room looking that way. Bad Upon arrival. We had to wait 2 hours for our room. It was our anniversary. So we weren't happy. Clean
It Was Just Ok The Room needed more Help, DELUXE ROOM 1 KING BED Was to Hard, Had 1 Thin Blanket between 2 Sheets, it need bigger Blanket. The Room had No small safe to lock up personnel things And could have had small microwave. For being a deluxe room, i dont think so. I Loved the Facilities and the Staff was Excellent.
HARRASED BY SECURITY STAFF BECAUSE MY SPECIAL NEEDS SON WOULD NOT WEAR A MASK. VERY DISAPPOINTING..
I had a smoking room but I booked a non smoking room and the smoke smell was terrible for and my kids and wife
Very Poor Room was disgusting and messy. Bed was horrible not comfortable at all I slept in a chair.
