It’s a ghost town throughout the week Our first night being there the jacuzzi didn’t want to turn off, I had to call the operator twice to send someone to the room. That same night the room next to us was very loud, you could hear their conversation and them laughing at 12 am. The room, dirty. This one failed us big time. There was makeup on the doors to the bathroom, the fixtures are so built up with calcium. The wallpaper is peeling off. The fridge didn’t work. I like the availability
Fair How loud the room was because the wind pressure because the room has extra space underneath door so the air gets through so maintenance came and brought towels to put under door to stop sound 🤨 Close to everything and very happy environment.
Fair Overall cleanliness was disappointing. No ventilation and poor lightning. Very very basic accommodations. Required to wear mask even if you're smoking while gambling is a bit extreme and unrealistic. Beds were comfortable. Was able to switch to non smoking room upon arrival. Staff is friendly in the hotel. .
Fair Room had several non working item and when called and also told Tad at front desk how unhappy I was he didn’t care at all just finished my transaction and said bye. I understand things break but absolutely NO customer service Clean
Very Frustrating it’s very frustrating, that you pay for a non-smoking room and they still stick you in a smoking room. The room had an ashtray in it, so it means it’s a smoking room. The whole hallway smelled like cigarette smoke & marijuana. The whole entire room smelled like cigarette smoke. The whole purpose of booking a non-smoking room at a higher cost was so I did not have to deal with what I dealt with all weekend. Unsatisfied, too many kids running around! A lot of kids running around late at night in the hallways, A/C will not work in the room, door handle was sticky, restaurants were so overcrowded and the wait was 2-3 hrs I was very disappointed Location was good
Disappointing
Fair It was fine. Just not how I anticipated. Rather expensive for a place that is set up to take your money to begin with. I feel an incentive of some sort should be available for choosing Tropicana Hotel. No continental breakfast offered and no expensive vending machines for snacks. The rates are sky high compared to pre covid.
Unacceptable I could only get a refund of $10.00 from $60.00 the room cost to refund $50.00 so they would only refund $10.00. I told them that was not acceptable and didn’t take anything!!! Their parking structure
