Completely unsatisfied I trusted Booking.com to have done its homework on how the hotel’s condition. Valet was not in service at any time, elevator was dirty, room entry door and rest room door hard to open and close, restroom fan did not work, coffee pot in bathroom, no refrigerator, air conditioning did not cool on high, humid and musty, carpet had spots, bed sheets had blood stain and when asked if the room/bed be cleaned I was told they only clean when I checked out. Location was good.

I would not recommend it... They didn't mention when we booked that all of the bars and restaurants were closed! You had to be playing to get a drink, and the cocktail waitress was so rude! We wanted to get another drink, and she said no! She said that we could only get one every 20 min! We went into the pool, and the water was soooo cold, you couldn't stand to be in it! We were very unhappy with the stay there... The room was ok.
Due to "covid 19"no one came to clean our rooms, all rooms were not clean.
Very Poor Rooms Rooms were old and smelly won’t come back until they remodel
