Dusty Everything was very dusty in both rooms one of the rooms will not cool 1890...Poor service on the room service. Unbelievable how dirty the room was specially the loveseat definitely not worth my money Pool

Poor Staff was rude and not consistent with patrons wearing masks. There wasn'ti much open to do. The room wasn't clean. The beds were comfortable. Pool area was nice.

disappointing upon arriving i checked in very quickly and i thought wow even though the line was long it went fast. I go grab all my stuff and take it to my room on the 15th floor only to find out that my room keys did not work. so i go back down i let the security know who is screening of my situation and she tells me I have to wait back in line AGAIN! now the line is even longer then when i first arrived. It was dirty  We noticed big balls of red hair on the floor..... none of us have red hair! Dirty q tips under the table. Coffee maker wasn’t cleaned and thought it was kind of gross it was in the bathroom. Floor in the restroom was filthy hair everywhere. When we got in bed the sheets were really dirty and I thought maybe it was just a stain but I took a wipe and whatever it was started coming off with the wipe so they didn’t change the sheets the restroom door had some brown liquid splattered all over.... it was just reall... read more
Poor I liked that the pool was alone my second day of stay The room was very old, the cocktail service in the casino was very bad several times I ordered a few drinks and the waitress got upset, for a moment she yelled at me "I'm very busy"
